The respect for nature and the big Value of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP and other Organic products of our territory will accompany you on this exclusive path.  This is not the classic Guided Tour, but a unique experience reserved for a small number of people, where the value and pride that balsamic vinegar has represented for the families of Modena, will be revealed. Upon arrival in the vineyard of Trebbiano Modenese DOP, there will be Marianna to welcome you and accompany you to learn, in different languages, the fantastic world of Balsamic Vinegar.

It will be possible, at the Acetaia, to live two types of Experiences : Bio Tour of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with Tasting in purity of various Balsamic or Bio Tour of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and a rich Gourmet Tasting of Balsamic vinegars paired with different meals.
