Close your eyes and let yourself be carried away in this wonderful Balsamic Experience by Marianna, owner of the Organic certified Oddolini farm. While visiting Acetaia dei Bago, you will also meet Patrizia, historical producer for several generations of the true unique and original Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
It is not the classic guided tour, but a unique experience reserved for a small number of people, in which the value and pride that over the centuries Balsamic Vinegar has represented for Modena families (which are still today unique keepers of ancient secrets) will be revealed.
Upon arrival in the vineyard of Trebbiano modenese PDO, through a relaxing walk among the cherry trees, Marianna will welcome you and introduce you, in different languages, to the fantastic world of Balsamic Vinegar kept in precious and ancient casks of different woods.
At the end of the tour we will have a full tasting, in purity of the various types of Balsamic Vinegars and Organic Condiments. We are happy to offer you, on request, a delicious Gourmet Tasting in which we will make you live the Modena Culinary Tradition and taste our products combined with different typical unique dishes of Emilia.
