IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY TYPE OF DYE OR PRESERVATIVE, DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN AND IS PRODUCED MAINLY FROM TYPICAL GRAPES OF THE PROVINCE OF MODENA SUCH AS LAMBRUSCO AND TREBBIANO.

IT WAS DEVELOPED FOR DAILY USE AND COMES FROM ORGANIC AGRICULTURE OF ITALIAN ORIGIN. The entire production chain is controlled by Acetaia Oddolini to guarantee the safety of the raw materials.

GOES WELL WITH : FRESH OR SEASONAL CHEESES, RISOTTI, SALADS, VELVETS, WHITE AND RED MEAT, RAW FISH.

THE HARVEST TAKES PLACE BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, DEPENDING ON THE RIPENESS OF THE GRAPES. THEY ARE HARVESTED MANUALLY OR MECHANICALLY, DEPENDING ON THE VINEYARD.
