THE BALSAMIC ESSENCE OF MODENA IS MADE USING COOKED GRAPE MUST FROM OUR CERTIFIED ORGANIC VINEYARDS. IT’S AN HANDCRAFTED DRESSING MADE PERSONALLY BY ACETAIA ODDOLINI AND AGED SINCE 2013 IN OAK BARRELS. IT DOESN’T CONTAIN CARAMEL, ANY COLOURANTS AND PRESERVATIVES.

IT GOES PERFECTLY WITH FRESH OR SEASONED CHEESE, RISOTTI, PASTA, TORTELLINI AND TORTELLONI, SOUPS, WHITE AND RED MEATS, RAW FISH, BAKED OR GRILLED, RAW OR GRILLED VEGETABLES, FRUIT, CAKES AND ICE CREAM.
