Marianna speaks English and German fluently. phil Cammarata7 July 2024Marianna gave us a wonder tour of Acetaia dei Bago. Her knowledge of making balsamic vinegar is outstanding. She was the tour guide at Acetaia dei Bago bit has her own family run farm called Acetaia Oddolini! I would highly recommend getting a tour with her but if you can’t, I would also suggest that you purchase her balsamic vinegar because it is outstanding!! Also, another recommendation would be her balsamic infused jams are soooo delicious!! My favorite was the fig. My wife’s is the hazelnut but honestly, we tried them all and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Finally, if you get a chance to book a tour with Marianna, more than her knowledge of making balsamic vinegar, you will absolutely love her personality! Two generations of women, mixed of traditional know-how and organic processes of Balsamic vinegar of Modène. Essence aged in ancient wood barrels. Delicious, sweet, colorful and tasty. We learned a lot about the traditions of the vinaigre balsamique and we had a great tasting of various products.
