Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A core memory of my trip to Italy, the people here really showed their care for their craft and for our experience. Patrizia and Marianna really put together a memorable afternoon for us. Now I can say I truly understand balsamic vinegar as well as the appeal of Emilia-Romagna. Hope to be back someday soon!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our tour with Marianna was a wonderful experience. She explained the whole manufacturing of real Aceto Balsamico as nicely as knowledgeably. Marianna speaks English and German fluently. We highly recommend a tour with her to anyone interested in true Italian food culture!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Marianna gave us a wonder tour of Acetaia dei Bago. Her knowledge of making balsamic vinegar is outstanding. She was the tour guide at Acetaia dei Bago bit has her own family run farm called Acetaia Oddolini! I would highly recommend getting a tour with her but if you can’t, I would also suggest that you purchase her balsamic vinegar because it is outstanding!! Also, another recommendation would be her balsamic infused jams are soooo delicious!! My favorite was the fig. My wife’s is the hazelnut but honestly, we tried them all and you can’t go wrong with any of them.

Finally, if you get a chance to book a tour with Marianna, more than her knowledge of making balsamic vinegar, you will absolutely love her personality! She a a happy young lady and made us feel as if we had known her for years! We love her!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is a must to visit Acetaia Dei Bago and Acetaia Oddolini. Two generations of women, mixed of traditional know-how and organic processes of Balsamic vinegar of Modène. Essence aged in ancient wood barrels. Delicious, sweet, colorful and tasty. A real pleasure for our senses. Christian & Louise (Canada)

We learned a lot about the traditions of the vinaigre balsamique and we had a great tasting of various products. We are taking back a lot of delicious products with us to Québec!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
