GOES WELL WITH : SEASONED CHEESE (PARMIGIANO REGGIANO DOP), RED MEATS (FLANK STEAK), SALAMI, GRILLED FISH, OMELETS, RAW OR GRILLED VEGETABLES (EGGPLANT), CAKES LIKE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE AND PRUNES OR ICE CREAMS. THE ESSENCE CAN BE USED TO SEASON ETHNIC AND SPICY DISHES.
